Say what you want! It's "The Writers Strike" or "They're All  Booked Up" but the bottom line is...Design Reactor of California couldn't find a studio in New York or Hollywood as well equipped as Moffett's 2300 sq. ft. sound stage for a price that's a fraction of the cost!  and besides...it comes with REAL TEXAS BAR-B-QUE!!  Speaking of taking advantage of the best studio in Houston at a fraction of the cost, Mike Patterson of Locke Bryan Productions took advantage of MPI's special deal for Only In Houston members and shot for 2 days and walked away with some awesome footage and a smile.
